- Make cleaning up the city of Lake Worth Beach a top priority.
- Maintain the small-town charm of our city while promoting the development and investment needed for a sustainable, vibrant downtown. Lake Worth Beach is the perfect home for a variety of small businesses that cater to locals and tourists alike.
- Engage effectively with the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO) and local social services (both private and public) to provide safe, clean, family-friendly public spaces.
- Hire a Park Ranger dedicated to maintaining safe and beautiful parks and playgrounds
- Create a frustration-free, streamlined permitting process for both homeowners and contractors.
- Ensure that the Code Compliance Department is fully staffed, highly trained, and enforcing code laws uniformly throughout the city.
- Propose the creation of multilingual educational materials to help citizens navigate homeownership in Lake Worth Beach – in coordination with the Historic Resources Preservation Board (HRPB).
- Encourage practical housing development for all income levels. Support the Community Redevelopment Agency’s (CRA) projects and other smart development to increase the Lake Worth Beach tax base and housing choices.
- Listen to the residents of Lake Worth Beach. Reopen the conversations about short-term rentals, artificial turf, the pool, and other topics that have been put on the back-burner. Develop common sense solutions.
